Each day picks five puzzles from the ones you have unlocked, and they are the same for every player. On top comes the flag bonus round, worth far more points. They reset on their own at midnight.
You do not pick a level: there are five, and they open up according to how many puzzles you have solved — at 40, 140, 320 and 640. Within a single day your level is frozen, so the challenge you start is the one you finish.
Beyond the daily set there is a practice mode where you choose the puzzle and play rounds back to back, without it counting towards your streak or the leaderboard. For sudoku, memory and logic series it is unlimited, because that content is generated and never runs out.
The streak counts the days you play in a row and pays a points bonus that grows with it. Badges reward specific milestones, and shields save your streak on the day you cannot play.
The ranking is worldwide and also per country, so you compete with people near you as well as with everyone else.
Spanish from Spain, Latin American Spanish, English and French. It is not a translated interface: the riddles, the quotes, the figures and the historical events are different in each language.
No. The five daily puzzles, the bonus round, practice mode, the streak, the badges and the leaderboard are all free. There is an optional purchase to remove the ads, but it unlocks no content: people who do not pay play exactly the same game.
Yes. The web version runs in your desktop or mobile browser, with the same puzzles and the same content. With a mouse and a real keyboard, crosswords and anagrams are arguably nicer than on a phone.
To save your streak, your points and your leaderboard position, yes. It is the same account in the browser and on the phone, so nothing you play now is lost when you install the app.
Not yet. The Android and iPhone versions are in the final stages. In the meantime the web version is fully playable and the account is the same one.
